Spell Absorption Tweak

Basically, I want a mod to alter how Spell Absorption works, or create a new effect similar to Spell Absorption. In vanilla, when Spell Absorb triggers, you gain the magicka required to cast the spell. I would like it modified (or a new effect made) so that when it triggers, you gain the damage to the respective resource. So if you get hit by a frost spell that does, say, 50 points of health and stamina damage, when the spell absorb triggers, you are healed 50 points of health and stamina. Obviously shock spells would heal health and magicka, while fire spells would heal just health. I have tried to learn how to do this by my lonesome, but, well. I'm making this request so it didn't go over very well.

I had something of the same idea with my request for an elemental overhaul, but instead of % chance it always healed you for just health and the exact amount of damage you would have taken from any specific type of damage (i.e. fire frost or shock). Would make for a nice D&D based elemental play-through, and maybe incorporate a bit with Frostfall so fire and ice atronachs could heal or take damage from their environment.
