Need help with leg to foot attachment please!

I have a HGEC bottom mesh that I want to use with this current model with the mod I am using. The thing is the feet have a small gap between them and the legs but they are also HGEC. I suppose the modder made slight changes to the mesh because it is the same body type. Would anyone be able to close the gap for me between the legs and foot mesh? I can send you both files.

I assume it wouldn't be much work but I have little idea how the program worked even when I attempted it myself. Please if you can help would save me a huge headache, *even* if you are willing to just to look at what needs to be done before making a decision whether you wish to it or not. Please either PM me or post here. Thank you!

A screenshot of your problem and links to the mods in question could be helpful.

Pic * I do not know why it is showing it so small, I uploaded it as a large pic. Haven't had that issue before* http://img836.imageshack.us/img836/597/gapfeet1.jpg

Bottoms http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=28235 ***Please note I am only using the Bottom part from this mod and not the top part or anything parts the mod offers***

The stock replacer works fine and there is no gaps or issues that I can see. However, I am using a BBB top so if at any time the clothes are off, which will happen depending on RP I will be doing, that is when the issue occurs with the gaps when naked whether it is full or even partial. There is 2 issues that can happen. Because I use a BBB top, the stock replacer modder seem to have slightly different texture used for there mesh, so it creates tan line above her buttox with the BBB top. I changed her bottom half with the ones that come with the BBB mod which then gets rid of the tan line but then has gaps with the feet.

I think I will be using the S bottom rather then the M bottom which the stock replacer uses. So in that case, I rather the feet be fixed then the texture issue, which I would assume would be more work anyways then closing a gap. If you want the info on the tan line for some reason, I can provide that too but since I may want to use a different bottom anyways, would be pointless to fix the texture issue unless you want to address it for the community since if the the texture gets fixed, then a BBB C or E cup can be used with no issues unless you do not like an M bottom.

Thank you!

First, EVE asks which top and bottom you'd like to use. It replaces both the nude form, and all stock clothing/armor to match the upper and lower body parts you choose during installation. You did install it via OMOD correct? Second, you should be using BBB for EVE as it's designed for EVE and works both nude and with the clothes EVE replaces. You should just get rid of everything from that BBB mod (by reinstalling EVE) as it's making the seam worse because it's got a very slightly modified mesh. Third (and this will most likely fix your seam and your texture), are you using either HGEC Seam Reducer or High Rez Textures for HGEC? I don't believe any HGEC replacer comes with a texture by the way, just meshes. I personally recommend the latter as it looks much better. Get the facial textures on that page as well. And, generally the smallest map size available is the one to go with as there's no noticeable difference between the small map and large map versions (1024x1024 or 2048x2048) and the larger version just eats up unnecessary resources. BBB EVE does *not* replace the actual body, just the clothing with BBB, so if you go naked you have no BBB effect and you body is whatever it was before BBB EVE is installed. It also only works for E Cup clothing, I am using C Cup. I use the high res textures already, 2048 one.

I tried the seam reducer and it do not help the buttox issue nor the foot issue. :[

I don't think the seam would fix the feet anyways because it not a seam issue, they are actually detached and need to be realigned with those set of legs. Thanks!

BBB for EVE doesn't replace anything. It adds breast bones (weighted for an E cup) to everything involved in EVE Variants. It works just fine with C cups.

You just need to reinstall EVE variants (to get rid of the meshes from your other BBB mod). When you're installing EVE, it asks which top you'd like to use (C,D,DD,E) and which bottom you'd like to use (S,M,L,XL). Once you've reinstalled EVE Variants, install BBB for EVE. Make sure you have Coronerra's Skeleton (the one BBB recommends) and I personally recommend NoMaam as a BBB animation replacer. Without both a BBB compatible skeleton and a BBB animation replacer, BBB doesn't work.

That ugly foot seem is coming from you having the foot mesh from EVE along with the lower body mesh from the other BBB mod. The lower body mesh from that mod is slightly altered and doesn't match up with a regular HGEC foot mesh.

Edit: Also, The HGEC Seam Reducer is a texture pack, and it will overwrite the textures from High Rez HGEC with it's lower quality textures.

So I wasn't crazy!!! I could sworn I saw the C Cups bouncing but it was late at night so the next day they stopped working. Even after I reinstalled stuff, they wouldn't work. I thought I was just overly tired and mistaken. But why is it not working even after doing a fresh install? I even reinstalled the entire game...

I will have to check everything carefully again. Perhaps I have the wrong skeleton in or something. So bascially I can pick the C Cup, Add BBB EVE and not touch anything other then the high texture mod and everything should work with and without clothing on? Thanks a a lot too for the help. I will have to check a lot of this later on or even tomorrow but I will post back what happens. If you have any other advice please let me know. Thanks again for the help!

The seam reducer replaces .egt files, not skin textures.(OFF replaces facial textures in addition to EGT, but you can avoid it doing so)

I did as you said but it still is not working. The clothes only are E Cup even though I picked C Cup and BBB effects only are happening with the clothes. I even tried that specific skeleton. I know the C Cup with the clothing worked before because I saw it myself the 1st time but now I can't get it to work at all even after uninstalled the entire game to get rid of all the mods and reinstalling. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'll have to look into this issue further. Though, I'm pretty confident my game has BBB both nude and clothed and the exact steps I followed are:

Install EVE Variants and chose C/XL

Install Cornoerra's Skeleton

Install BBB for Eve (and this step did not alter the nude or clothed versions of my upper or lower body mesh)

Install NoMaam

Install High Rez Textures for HGEC

You may be having some kind of UAC issue as it's odd that you think it was working at one point and then didn't work the next day. Make sure you don't have Oblivion installed in a Windows UAC protected directory (C:\Program Files\ for example) if you're running Windows Vista or 7. Also, make sure you have BSA Redirection set up properly to ensure that user created textures and animations can take effect in your game.
