Small head, Big body?

I've been having a very hard time finding some sort of head mesh or body mesh that makes the head actually look like it belongs on the body.

Whenever I use a custom race like Moonshadow elves, Their heads are too small for the body.

I have the HGEC meshes right now and I've tried other mods, but still the same result.

Help? ><

A link to the exact HGEC replacer you're using could be helpful. Also I've seen/heard people talking of something along the lines of "head 16" though it doesn't turn up any results on the Nexus. Maybe someone familiar with the mods that replace the head mesh will pop in.

Moonshadow Elf uses variant of Head06, IIRC. Actually, it has almost same size as stock human head mesh, only head shape and body size(height and weight) make head look smaller than reality.

Ok so this is the link to the file of the texture mod I have: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15802

I'm using the normal option for all the textures

I've seen head06, a bit complicated to install since it looks like its only made for custom race making, but it's worth a try!

And is there any body mod I can use to make the height and weight different?

One warning: Never, ever, replace humanhead.nif with Head06 one. Its UV mapping is completely different, so it can cause 'weird skin texture' when you apply wrong texture on wrong mesh. And it won't make things better.

Racial body height and weight can be edited at Construction Set(And it affects all actors from the race). It doesn't matter what body replacer you're using, though bulky body type is wider than slender body type when same height/weight ratio is applied.

Example: This girl is Imperial with stock human head mesh, but due to her head shape and weight/height ratio(1.0/1.0 for Imperial female, I think), her head looks quite small.

Yeah I actually didn't end up doing anything with Head06, I believe I found some sort of body modifier which works with the clothing

I used. All in all, it looks pretty good for right now and I'm happy with it :) Thanks you guys though for the help, very much appreciated!
