is there any way at all to enter the yellow teams place?

There is no such thing as a Yellow Team Bloodworks in the game. You'd have to download a mod (one presumably named something like "Yellow Team Mod" in the search engine) in order to do it (or get the Yellow Team raiments, I assume).

 

You may notice that, with every regular Arena match, you enter and exit through the south entrance. But after finishing the regular matches and becoming the Blue Team Champion, you enter and exit through the north entrance. You're essentially entering the 'other' Bloodworks, but it is identical in appearance to the other one (except for the absence of Porkchop and the Yellow Team Champ).
