can console players be moders

So the thing is I'm a console player. which means I don't have FO4 for PC. which also means I cant use the creation kit, I don't have access to the 3D game assets, and it generally vary hard to go anywhere with that. I'm an aspiring 3D modeler and I'm sure there are others just like me, so what I'm asking is if maybe someone could just upload base 3D models, strait from the game, so that i could work with them.

Well, because of the crap with people upload (often incompatible) mods to xbox without the modmakers permission, I believe Bethesda is taking steps to require you to link your bethesda.net account to a Steam account with Fallout 4 attached to be able to upload any mods.

This one: proves that you have the actual game to mod from, and two: Makes it a huge risk to upload someone else's work, because your account will be banned if you're caught doing it. So sadly, it seems the answer is just straight no in Bethesda's eyes.

If you have a computer that can handle proper 3D modeling software (e.g 3ds Max), then it should be able to run the game, which you'll need to do in order to test whatever you make to be 100% sure it functions properly -ANYWAY- (trust me, it's actually pretty f*#@in' difficult if you're just starting out - just remaking a corrupted rifle barrel .nif took me about four hours of trial, lots of error and tutorials, and that was just modifying an existing asset). Just save up the ~$60-110 for FO4 and the season pass on PC and you're good to go til January.
