More Crossbow mods for Crossbows of the commonwealth or other crossbows

Thinking of a full crank heavy crossbow mod or standalone that acts as a laser musket in terms of multiple cranks for more damage.

Here's my full idea, a crossbow with multiple crank possibility as well as possibly strength requirement for different levels of crank. A more immersive heavy crossbow.

My other mod, or standalone crossbow idea is repeating crossbows, they were a real thing, but tended to be less damage.

So basically I would like some actual full crank crossbows and some repeater options.

Awsome idea.Silent but deadly. What about ballistics?

I think he's talking about an existing mod made by a guy named Tricky Vein. but with some additional features that Tricky might or might not be interested in making.

I was seeing if I could understand tricky's mod and add some sprinkles to his metaphorical ice cream, but it's proving considerably harder than I had thought.

Another idea on the crank mechanism.

At base one crank = loading the crossbow, has no strength requirement.

At two cranks, which requires two strength, instead of adding damage, increase penetrating power, subtract 10% from target's defenses against this attack.

At three cranks, which requires four strength, instead of adding damage, increase penetrating power, subtract 20% from target's defenses against this attack.

At four cranks, which requires six strength, instead of adding damage, increase penetrating power, subtract 30% from target's defenses against this attack.

At five cranks, which requires eight strength, instead of adding damage, increase penetrating power, subtract 40% from target's defenses against this attack.

At six cranks, which requires ten strength, instead of adding damage, increase penetrating power, subtract 50% from target's defenses against this attack.
