Tranquility Lane Problems -.-

So I hop into the lounger and get ready to be transported into the program. And as soon as I hit the loading screen a few seconds go by then booom! crash. Ive tried many times and ive changed my load order a lot but it seems to not work. This is my current load order. If anyone knows which one of my mods may be conflicting with Tranquility Lane please help. Here is my load order:

If you have any Live Iguanas in your inventory, throw them on the ground before getting into the lounger. You'll need to do the same thing before going through Vault 87, going into Anchorage or beginning Zeta also.
