Skyrim's Death Penalty

I started working on my first character's profile to post on my blog last night (http://thenordreport.blogspot.com), and realized that the only crime that I've heard carries the death penalty in Skyrim at the time that the game takes place is attempting to leave the province. I did some searching but didn't have a lot of luck coming across a list... most the results had to do with crime in Oblivion and recaps of what little we know about the opening of the game. Any Lore Masters/Mistresses out there?

I imagine that whatever would get you thrown in the dungeon in medieval times (which is a lot), plus the hilariously long list of crimes you can make up using magic, fantasy weapons and general things in the Elder Scrolls universe. I mean, we're talking a universe that has functional on-demand invisibility in several forms, summoning undead and demons, weapons that could smite the gods themselves, destruction magic, illusion magic, monsters, curses and so on and so on. It would be like if everyone carried infinite small nuclear weapons and no one could prevent people from using them. I'm sure you can make up anything from royal court espionage to summoning a scamp in the Queen's bathrooom.

Or, if you want to be TRULY horrific, you tried to introduce Cliffracers to the Skyrim environment.
