Xbox 360 or iMac via Boot Camp?

I'm seriously torn here. I would much rather play the PC version of Skyrim, and I'm perfectly willing to spend the time and money to put Windows on my iMac to do it, but not if it's going to look worse than it would on my 360... Any suggestions? Is Windows 7 the best version to install if I do? Would adding another 2-4GB of RAM help?

My specs are below...

 

2010 iMac 27

Processor: 3.2 GHz Intel Core i3

Total Number of Cores: 2

Memory: 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Graphics ATI Radeon HD 5670 512 MB

Your processor would choke your performance down quite a bit. The reccomended level for CPUs is 4 cores, and minimum being 2 cores. But the gfx card and other hardware is all good.

You will have to turn the settings down on that, as low as the 360? we won't know how well optimised it is until we get our hands on it.

If you are willing too run the game below the full resolution of your imac, for example at 1280x720, it will most likely look better, however at 2560x1440 you will be pushing it.

I having the same problem... I want to get skyrim and I know how awesome mods will make the game...

21" iMac

i3 3.2ghz

Radeon 5670

4gbs ram

Win XP through bootcamp

 

Do you think I should get it for 360 or PC?
