QDX2000 Posted November 9, 2011 Share Posted November 9, 2011 The maximum armor rating known from oblivion might nerf improved Heavy Dragon Armor a bit...+150% armor rating from heavy armor peaks when wearing a matched set+100% from smithing (probably)+ Shields AR, also improved by that amountSounds like that could easily above 100... I hope this won't make shields less useful on high levels, I want to play an orc Juggernaut. Also, can someone confirm if Daedric (as opposed to Dragonic) is the highest tier for weapons? These two sources provide different descriptions for the dragon armor perk:http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Smithing - "Create Dragon armor and weapons at forges."http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Blood_Reaper/Skyrim_Dragon_Armor - "Dragon Armor – Can create Dragon armor at forges, and improve them twice as much" I'd hate having to go the light materials route with my heavy armor char to save that one skill point, but if Daedric is highest for weapons, it would be reversed and even light armored chars would need the heavy route for the best weapons... Build new armor/weapons with stuff you got from dragon. 4. ???5.
