Fallout 3 - Cannot play game

I have been trying to load this game successfully for 3 days. When I run it (With FOSE) it gives me the slides, but my mouse never appears. I sit there and stare at the Brotherhood Power Armor helmet with the music playing, and when I press Ctrl+Alt+Del, it instantly shows me a message that Fallout 3 is NOT responding. This has happened to me Every. Single. Time. Here is a copy of my load order. Hopefully someone will be able to figure it out.

uninstall your newest mods NOW and see if it starts working

 

if the game never ran

 

uninstall EVERYTHING and try the game
