BlaCkBlitZ
Is this true for anyone? I've noticed that when my game has atleast 150-200 mods, whenever I wait or sleep for long periods of time, its always a gamble to see whether you survive or your game crash to desktop. LadyMilla
Heavily modded Oblivion is ALWAYS prone to crash, no matter what you do. Mine is heavily modded with tons of OBSE based plugins (Real High Heal system, Set Body, VipCxj's Hair and Eye system, Radar, MiniMap, etc.) and it crashes or locks up quite often, especially when I try to enter/leave buildings or fast travel, due to the amount of scripts running. WarRatsG
When you wait or sleep, there is a lot of things that have to update. If your game is heavily modded then this can cause crashes because of the sheer level of content that must be checked, tweaked, added or removed.Like ladymilla said, having lot of mods will always cause problems. Some people are lucky enough to have the perfect blend of mods and processor power to handle oblivion with almost no crashes, but those people usually build up their mod list very slowly, so that any problems are instantly removed. BlaCkBlitZ
ARAUGHHH!! I myself had the perfect list, no crashes other than getting too laggy and CTD or at the very most wait/sleep crash. But now I met up with a consistent crash point. Where the first oblivion gate in Kvatch, I can't go past the first bridge like area as I will crash when I load that area...
