hoofhearted4 Posted November 8, 2011 Share Posted November 8, 2011 (edited) whats a good program that will allow me to partition a HDD, change the file system and all that and keep the data and stuff? this is the actual criteria of what we are looking for: "Your assignment is to find a program that has the capability to create, delete, and non-destructively resize an existing NTFS, FAT, or HPFS partition. The program can be a Windows, Linux, or any other OS based application. I recommend finding a program that will run independently from the installed OS."
