Preferably without video? (I've looked all over, but unfortunately searching just keeps returning lists of house mods and/or mods using Hearthfires, or walkthroughs for the base game...) Video still isn't very helpful, but digging through their stuff, they have a bunch of example mods including a bare-bones "build your own house."
