The Animation of Skyrim video

No, the more you kill, a Perk appears that you can Activate so to speak and then you can Decapitate all you want.

Really makes no sense as to why you would need to perk to decapitate someone, more realistic way I would believe anyone with a sword could decapitate a person.lol

It makes perfect sense, what are all most of the weapon perks doing anyway? Wouldn't someone more skilled in axes cause their enemy to bleed more, or for their hammer to pierce armor more, or to be able to decapitate because they're finally strong enough to do so?

Besides, I 100% support their decision to make it a perk, hence it's optional. I for one do not like decapitation, so I'm not forced to see if again and again. Brilliant.

Edit: And Daventry, no, a perk doesn't "appear", you can see it from the start. But you won't be able to pick said perk until your skill is high enough in the respective weapon type and that the prerequisites leading up to the decapitation perk have been picked too.

I'm a bit worried about how autopilot the combat might turn out to be. Finishing move animations? Sounds horribly similar to The first Assassin's Creed game to me (maybe to others too... didn't play them after how badly the first one sucked). That sort of combat is something I do NOT want to see in a TES game... or any game for that matter.

First AC sucked, the rest were awesome just like the finishing moves
