Well, you're definitely pushing your feeble Skyrim's engine to the limit here. I read/hear about this all the time - 250 mod stable. never crashes! And I just always cough the 'BS' word out. A famous modder (sorry forget who specifically) once mentioned that he recommends using no more than 130 mods MAX. Sure, you're game may seem stable for quite a while but then late into the game, when you've invested so much time into the quests, etc - things WILL start to fall apart. Keep in mind, anyone out there could claim a super number of mods STABLE or maybe their idea of stable is no CTD but maybe he or she had to use the console every 5 mins to get past a stalled script? I myself rarely go past 110-120 mods - and the more I try different mod builds, the more I am leaning towards 'consolidating' the mods (not necessarily merging them) into selecting the best of the best - maybe lite overhauls that do multiple things I wanted through one mod. For example, I plan to use SkyTweak in my next build and that alone might obsolete 10 or so mods off my list.

Your load order looks LOOT sorted, but that's not always going to work out. I had follower troubles a while back, then all those issues went away when I ditched the aging UFO and installed EFF. I've also had a lot of trouble with Guard Dialogue. I just think your mod list goes all over the place - gut feeling is you're trying to implement too much there, maybe think about what you really want out of looks and gameplay then scale down to just that - get that stable - then start to add the 'nice to haves'. I always backup my entire Skyrim folder once I've reached a pinnacle stable modded game point before adding more mods.

ok so I used it but there is nothing wrong with gpu or anything. like nothing weird happens it goes pretty steady but still crashes
