Non-OBSE recommended mods other than art and content

OBSE is famously awesome, but I cannot use it. Don't ask.

I am looking specifically for mods that do not rely on OBSE.

I don't want to install any artistic mods since the game's original art is still new to me.

I don't want to install any content mods, since all of the content is still new to me.

It is difficult to find a list of best mods to install that matches these conditions.

I already installed the unofficial patches and:

• Wrye Bash
• GameCompanion
• SM Plugin Refurbish
• Harvest Flora
• Dude where's my horse
• House Map Markers
• Autosaver
• Unique Signs

 

What other mods should I look into?

Any of Emma's mods are non-OBSE dependent.
