Host of bizarre issues

I've been running a moderately modded setup since launch with no issues.

 

Suddenly I'm encountering a bizarre host of issues.

 

• Can't take out weapons
• Delay taking out weapons
• Invisible weapons
• Freezing while trying to change weapons
• No weapon sound
• Severely delayed weapon sound, playing over each other
• Severe delay attempting to open Pip-Boy

I can't think of anything causing these issues. Happens with both modded weapons and stock weapons. Issue continue when modded weapons are uninstalled and on earlier saves.

 

Running current version of FO4 and F4SE.
