Shaft39 Posted November 10, 2011 Share Posted November 10, 2011 I have completed the main story and have the mod that allows play after so i have allied with the yes man, he sent me to hoover dam to start the power up in the East Power station, problem is i can see the place but i cannot get to it. tried to jump over the barrier but i can't. There is also a lot of stuff in front of the elevator in the Vistor Centre up to.
