black around characters butt

so i have been playing a lot of fallout new vegas lately and i just got this armor/clothing for my character and noticed the black and wanted to know if anyone knew how to remove it thank you

That is courtesy of the Bethesda censors making the game SFW. The only cure is to install one of the various body replacers.
