Cowie12
Hi, thanks for showing an interest in my issue. I have installed (legitimately) through steam and updated as far as I know. The game starts fine and from the main menu screen I then select "New" The game starts loading with the dragon on the screen as well as the hints in the corner followed by a slight flick of unusual colours. It then plays the sound of the kart but there is nothing but darkness on my screen. No mesh or anything just a black screen I am not sure whether it is a looping sound but even after 5 mins does not crash to desktop nor does it show up as "not responding" with task-manager. Spec: Windows XP Legit Service pack 3.AMD Athlon 64 FX-62 Dual 2.81 GHz, 2.0 GB RamNVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 (Fully updated)**

ipudd
I'm experiencing just the same issue as Cowie12 does. Nothing helped me to make the f*ng dragon vanish. Whenever i start a new game i see the loading screen with the statue of the dragon and a piece of some yada-yada about the elder scrolls. Shortly after the loading screen appeared i start to hear the sound of horses but nothing else happens. I've tried many things starting from reinstalling the game and finishing with trying to do something to my directx.
ipudd
I've found the cause of the problem. Anyone else interested in resolving it should try turning anti-aliasing completely off. Worked for me.
Lunyra
I experience the same problem but turning off AA isn't an option sadly enough :)
