AngryBananaStudios
I'm trying to have some custom voice acting in a mod but although I've made all the folders and renamed both the .wav and .xwm files accordingly but for whatever reason creation kit isn't using the audio files. Has anyone else gotten this problem, if so how did you fix it?
Fantafaust
Have you read this yet? http://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Sound_effects_dont_play_in_CK
agerweb
Check list: create voice type, set NPC voice to voice type, create directory with same name, set dialogue conditions to correct NPC, check dialogue is set to that voice type and yes stick to wav files only. Hoamaii
Ever since they last updated the Creation Kit, I've always needed to create a seq file for quests dialogues to play in game. I believe the easiest way to create these files is with TES5edit.If you haven't done that yet, check this Arthmoor post :https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/810472-workaround-skyrim-dialogue-bug-fix/ If it doesn't work with .fuz files for dialogues, you may use both .wav and .lip in you dialogue folder(in Data\sound\voice\yourmod.esp) - the .lip file will play with the .wav once you've created a seq file (in Data\seq).
