I found a shrine to a blade from cloud ruler temple

As far as I know first to find on

The Blade was named Acilius Bolar

Here is a script "BOLAR'S WRIT" he left at his shrine

"To he who finds this, know that I, Acilius Bolar, last of the Blades to survive the attack on Cloud Ruler Temple, took refuge here, in this ancient sanctuary. The thalmor have come for me, but they shall not desecrate this place. I go forth to meet my death with honor. If you are worthy, take up my blade and do the same."

 

His blade "BOLAR,S OATHBLADE"

Damage:12

Weight:10

Value:1014

Effect:Does 31 points of stamina damage. Creatures and people up to level 15 flee from combat for 30 seconds

At the shrine is at "bloated Man's Grotto" north of falkreath

Also so near shrine is chest full of stuff Dutch as "HUNTING BOW OF SOUL SNARES"

Effect:if target dies within 5 seconds, fills a soul gem

"STAFF OF THE FAMILIAR"

Damage:0

Weight:8

Value:926

Effect:summons a familiar for 60 seconds wherever the caster is pointing
