ImagoX
(Posted this over on the Bethesda mod forums too - hope that's OK site-mods. If not please LMK)... Hi guys... I'm a writer with two published fantasy novels looking to assemble a dev team for a STORY-BASED Skyrim mod. I also do concept art, as well. I've worked for FASA Games on a few projects back before they were bought by MS Game Studios. The project already has an outlined story which will take the character to a number of hidden dungeons as well as introduce (hopefully) a wealth of new equipment, armor, weapons, and a new class with unique skills. New modes of transport across the game world will also be part of the MOD, and will be essential to the storyline. At this phase, I'm looking to build a solid, initial team consisting of : Writer/Concept Art/Dialog (me)Level Designer3D Modeler/Animator (for either static objects or characters/monsters or both)Texture Artist The goal is to assemble a team looking to build a top-notch Skyrim MOD that we can all share with the community and, hopefully, put in our portfolios. Team players only, please. I'd like to begin assembling maps, models, textures, etc. in advance of the release of the toolkit, so that when it comes out we're already set to go. If history repeats itself, the world builder will likely be very similar to other Bethesda products so prior experience will be very, very helpful. Please be ready to provide samples of your previous work. Anyone interested please message me here or at "bombshelter(at) hotmail(dot)com" with a brief intro. If anyone wants to check out my novels, you can find them at: http://www.amazon.co...1069930&sr=8-12 and http://www.amazon.co...ntt_at_ep_dpt_2 Thanks, -Matt
LilBudyWizer
I think you'll need a programmer too. I just don't think you can do anything on this scale without one. There's plenty of people that will help you out when you get in a bind, but it's best to just plan on needing one.
Ladez
Your links are broken... ;) And I agree, you are definitely going to need someone who can do some scripting.
