Bill Burr's "Right there, Fred!" XP cash register replacement

Could someone please make this mod? I am inept.

Or rather, I haven't gotten into making mods yet so I thought I'd throw this idea out there and let someone else take credit for it.

 

Just replace the earned XP sound with Bill Burr's podcast audio saying, "Right there, Fred!".

 

Why?

 

Because the satisfaction of crushing a rival sports team's hopes and dreams for victory with a last-minute point is comparable to offing nasty beasts and raiders.

 

And he's from Boston, after all. Lore friendly! And immersive as you know what.
