Remove *grunt* when not taking damage

I have the mod 'better power armor - a power armor overhaul' which makes power armor pretty much invincible which is how I imagine it should be. The problem is that when people shoot me, I don't take damage, but my player still grunts like he is being shot or hit and doesn't match the mod.

How do I remove the *grunt* sound either:

 

a) while i'm in power armor (somewhat ideal)

b) when I don't take damage (ideal)

c) completely (last resort)

BTW I think the sound is a *grunt* sound in playervoicemale01
