GothicNicki
How do I create a BGSM file as I am looking at adding some new landscape textures and it needs a BGSM file and not a DDS Skyrim uses.
KaelVirum
Do a quick search for a Fallout 4 Material Editor. You should be able to find what you need to edit and create BGSM files. Though, you will still need to create the .dds textures as well.
radiumskull
Fallout 4 still uses DDS files. Those are the pixel-based files stored in Textures. A BGSM is a Material file, which tells the game where to look for the Texture DDS files. If you have Creation Kit installed, and some extracted BGSMs in the Data/Materials/ folder, click the little button with the colored circles on the top bar, just below the 'World' menu. That opens up a BGSM editor in your web browser. Good luck. Also, if you are a native English speaker, please learn the correct use of punctuation when composing sentences. Ethreon
Copy existing one, replace texture paths with your own files. radium, grammar police is discouraged here :)
