LE Mod that adds more grass

So I'm looking over Whiterun on the huge plain and there are just tufts and bushes of grass, it isn't consistent.

So I assume a mod that adds more grass and makes it appear farther away is possible.

That, combined with a HQ texture mod would make my century.
