Does Bladesman (1H perk) also cover daggers?

There are two reasons for me thinking (and hoping) that it might. One is that there are three equivalent perks, one for maces, one for axes and one for swords. There isn't one for daggers there. Secondly is that, and correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a long time, swords and daggers were both "bladed weapons" in terms of proficiency, and this perk is called Bladesmaster. I do realise that dagger perks also exist in the Sneak tree, but nonetheless daggers are still one-handed weapons.

I thought the dagger specific perk comes under sneak, where it gives you x15 damage from sneak attacks with dagger.

It does, but it's a different type of perk that the three in the one-handed section. Those three all have 3 levels and have a passive chance to do something extra, and all are unlocked at the same skill level. Not to mention, other skills in the one-handed tree obviously affect daggers, like the passive base damage boost. It just seems odd that the dagger, which was always matched with swords in the bladed weapons category, wouldn't be covered by "Bladesman", yet it doesn't mention it in the description. If it's just down to the x15 damage backstab perk, I'm not going to bother with daggers since that still seems incredibly weak on Master difficulty. Look at the pic below, that's how much a 15x sneak attack did to an unarmoured old man.
