But if you are doing it because you want to marry her try using setrelationshiprank player 4 This will open up the option to marry her if you have the amulet, just as if you did the quest. Sanguine Daedric quest and I believe one of the potential radiant Companion quests can each hijack her, potentially overriding her chat options til you complete them.
