LE Enemy or ally and better hotkey

Being an archer, I often find myself wondering whether that man off in the distance is a bandit or guard. I have made that mistake too often.

So I would like to see (if anyone could be nice enough to do it):

A mod that makes the crosshair green or red, depending on whether it's an enemy or ally I'm looking at.

 

I have also found that when trying to equip two daggers, it will only allow me to equip on in my right hand.

A fix for this and similar wielding problems (such as a sword and shield) is:

A mod that allows two weapons to be hotkeyed to a single button. For example I could equip one dagger to 1 and another dagger to 1 so that when I press 1 it pulls out both daggers.

This obviously would only work with one handed weapons and spells.

Yes at the ally/enemy marker. At least mark bandits red :)
