azrielmoha
Hey fellow wastelanders, as the title suggest i'm in a heap of trouble. Whenever i visited Goodsprings, the game went batshit and crash. I'm currently using a lot mods so i could guess its mod related, either something wrong with the load order, missing mesh, bad driver, etc.Note that before the crash, the game took a fps drop. RoyBatterian
You are using both MMUE and YUP, one or the other. My preference is YUP as it doesn't do extraneous NPC edits and other things.

dubiousintent
If this only happens in Goodsprings, then it suggests something that only loads or initializes in the cell. I know someone else had a large FPS drop there as a result of the Millenia Weapons Mod "cheat chest", but you don't seem to have that. However, it might be something similar (script initialization). Couple of things to ask yourself to help pin it down: Can you load a save from a cell elsewhere and try to walk into the Goodsprings cell to see if the problem happens as soon as you enter the cell, or not until you reach a certain location? If you load a save from a cell elsewhere and then fast-travel to Goodsprings, do you CTD immediately or is there any interval first? A delay is highly suggestive of a script. Immediately suggests something is missing or conflicting, (not likely a master as that should show up when the game loads.) I notice one of your mods is "FO4_PipeRifle". Are you sure it is backwards compatible with FNV (not dependent upon something in FO4 only)? (Just a thought; I don't know the mod.) If your "Ragdolls.esp" is from this mod, it already incorporates "Havok_Bounce" by Fallout2AM according to it's description. Two "havok" mods could be an issue. Other than that, all I can suggest is to run through the checklist in the wiki article "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting Guide". -Dubious-

dubiousintent
The FPS drop around the saloon suggests a script initializing. The Millenia "cheat chest" is placed between the saloon and the store, which would strongly suggest that, except you don't have it. I notice you have a number of separate weapon mods. Are you able to pick any of them up in Goodsprings, near the saloon? Anything you first get access to in Goodsprings (from a mod) is suspect. The fast travel CTD tells me you have major conflict problem in that cell. That and the FPS drop are probably related, but might not. Can't tell. (Coincidences are suspicious, but do happen.) Are you using the game auto-save function? If so, see the "Troubleshooting" article referenced earlier about that, section 5.6 "Issue: CTD on interior/exterior/"fast travel" cell change". When disabling the Havok Bounce mod, perform a "clean save" immediately. Then see if the problems with your character and HUD still persist. -Dubious- Edited June 28, 2016 by dubiousintent

dubiousintent
That point about "auto-save" is that if you had it active, it has already corrupted your save files. The damage has already been done. That is why you are getting the CTDs on fast-travel. You need to go back to a save before you started getting the CTDs. The FPS drop is most likely going to be related to some script. It doesn't have to be weapon or armor related; that is just most common. But scripts are used to add to leveled lists. However, they should only do so once. If the drop happens every time you travel to Goodsprings, then it is something related to being in that area that causes a script to run each time. Like a quest. Unfortunately I can't help beyond that, and I am not familiar with most of your mods. If you can't think of which it might be, then mod isolation is all that is left. -Dubious-
RoyBatterian
You can turn the error log in NVSE like so, it can help to diagnose what the problem is. in the folder Data\NVSE edit the file nvse_config.ini , if it is not already present then create it and make you have "hide known file types" disabled in windows folder options. add the following to it [Logging] EnableGameErrorLog=1 play your game until the crash The log will be in the Fallout New Vegas root folder, and will have the name falloutnv_error.log You can post this on pastebin and attach a link here to it for analysis.
