Deleted3103979User
So after my rerolling (lvl 21 atm) i have found out a nice to know thing: I spend all my points in health and nearly never used the bow or leveled smithing or sneaking etc. (smithing to 60 cause of enhancing enchated weapons): It's great! I have 100 magicka and 120 stamina and rest in health, i ahve almost all one hand perks unlocked and working on heavy armor now. In my opinion without this it's to difficult to not be a one or twohit. So this really high healthpool plus only focusing on onehand and then by far less important heavy armor this game seams to be belanced with a few exceptions (get 3 hitted by archers wtf?) like the first quest fpr the imperium i basically got owned hard by 3 enemys charging at you right at the beginning. Other than that and the OP Archers ai have no issues and take some hits. I guess you just have to focus hard on onehand and only health as meele and like i read in another thread as mage better of with only focusing on magicka and playing with 100 health all the game and moving very much avoiding all dmg. So as far as i can say: Focus only on health and one hand as meele, the difference is ENORMOUS! ;)
mutonizer
Dude, in your video, it's not 1 hot hit, it's Shout Power that puts you on the ground for 5-6 seconds, then you get back up. All high level Draugs have it. It's cooldown is fairly long. Just avoid it, then block the arrow :) But in any case, you play on Master. When I did, stuff started almost one hitting me at level 8, so why is it new to you now? :)
knightofheaven
when we close and he takes like 5% of his hp in damage, and my next blow slays him instantly (showing the kill animation, which doesn't happen often). It made me wonder, if there are critical hits in the game or something like it? My handbook does not say anything about it, though. there are critical hits in the game there even are perks that incrise the probability of critical hits, im lvl 38 now, and i pretty much kill everything easly, within reason. I just kill a hangraven with two hits from my twohanded sword. But i hit her with Frost Breath first to slow her down a bit. But its a great improvement, from when i were lvl 25, it was so hard to kill that wich back then. Also im wearing full set of legendary Daedric armor now it makes some diference.. its actualy better then Dragon armor. More heavier though i think. WarKirby3333
You know that is absolutly frustrating. Going through a dungeon spending like 20-30 minutes or so for it, and get to a boss which one or twohits you. Great. And that would be ok cause you have to come back later but if you come to that boss earlier and are WEAKER then you are not weaker you are STRONGER cause the boss itself scales better on lowlevel and is sorta "the right difficulty", not easy mode but challenging on lowlvl and not challenging but nearly impossible on high level. As it is right now, the lower your level is the better of you are... and the more balanced this game is. not really. it sounds like you just aren't levelling properly.?I'm playing a 2-handed warrior. I got most of my levels from my 2-handed skill. I literally did no skill grinding and just went adventuring. I'm lv31 now, an my first 20 levels or so were pure combat skills. 2-handed, heavy armor, and a little bit of block When i started smithing, i make full use of it straight away. I made a full suit of orcish armor as soon as i could. As soon as i hit 80 smithing i made a full ebony suit plus weapons, and deliberately stopped raising it there for the most part i can still run around annihilating everything i find. all my weapons are Epic Ebony, but no enchantments. the point is, it just comes down to building your character well. If you're getting owned its because your combat skills are inadequate for your level. At lv31, i have 31 levels of combat skills (or smithing that i've actually put to use) i still die sometimes, if i rush in stupidly against an occasionally powerful enemy. but with them i just quickload, think about the situation, and beat them with tactics. for this reason i have just about every shout (legtimately earned) and one of each type of 2h weapon (plus a bow) so i can switch up my approach depending on the enemy. The shouts are truly awesome. use them, srsly.
