Idea, and a lot of work.

So this idea is extremely out there and I don't even know if its allowed to happen/possible. My idea is do something like project Brazil except in fallout 4, but instead of a new story its a more...familiar one, Fallout: New Vegas anyone? I got this idea when I saw a mod author (not going to say names) port someone's mod from fallout new Vegas, a weapon mod just for reference. And what I thought was. "if someone was able to do this small, this could turn to something big", like port the whole world and retexture and reanimate (maybe) or add some new assets from the New Vegas world. Since Obsidians actions in game development at the moment are causing me to think that they aren't remastering or making another fallout because they are held up in their own four or so games. I was thinking, maybe someone else could try to remaster but with fallout 4's combat and try to fit the new power armor in it somewhere (but PA training needs to be a thing) and make it sort of like FO4 dynamic dialogue but with more than four freaking choices, silent protagonist and still make it dynamic but without camera going at the player so the player isn't swinging their arms around like they're yelling but words wont come out, so eliminate the player camera looking at them and only the npc. So its like skyrim dialogue, but you can walk away and more dynamic. Then the S.P.E.C.I.A.L ranking up thing with getting perks every level goes back to the skill point level. Just so I don't keep rambling. I'm basically saying if a group of mod creators could make fallout new Vegas in fallout 4 but with all of the original fallout mechanics and the FO4 combat and power armor gameplay, but still needing training and what not. Literally that game would be 20/10 ign. Just an idea, if you have thoughts or questions just ask I suppose.

Bodhi68, I get it that your brain is exploding with possibilities and hope for great stuff. That's great.

But it's kinda like saying, "If everyone in the world just pulled together and shared their resources, we could end world hunger and poverty in a year." True statement, but very unlikely.

While I commend you for thinking of ideas and sharing them, and would encourage you to learn to mod yourself to work on future ideas, I would suggest that you take a moment to punctuate and organize your thoughts next time. This reads like an overly long, rambling thought, and a lot of people will be turned off from reading it.
