jakatak69
I feel that night time and dungeons are very bright, I remember in oblivion you would need a torch or some sort of other light source or it would be pitch black. I havent seen anything like this yet in Skyrim, is it just the dungeons Ive seen so far or what?
Monglor
There were a few reasonably successful deeper darkness mods for Fallout, so I'd expect that Skyrim will get darker nights and darker dungeons soon. I agree though it is very light. I can see why it's light at night outdoors, because of the snow and the usually clear skies and bright stars and moonlight, but inside dungeons underground ought to be total darkness. Light spells and torches ought to be necessary for working underground.
Corakus
The reason they made the dungeons brighter in Skyrim is because they wanted to show off their much better dungeon designs and diversity.
jakatak69
I agree dungeons are much prettier, but it just seems too easy when you can see everything. They could just make the torches have a larger area of light etc. and you could still see most of it, just slightly more realistic.
JimboUK
With those instant death traps in there I want to be able to see as clearly as possible.
