Problems with modding

Hello! I'm new with all this modding stuff, and recently I've downloaded Nexus Mod Manager and I tried to mod my Fallout 4 game. But whenever I enable a mod, my game crashes at start up. When I disable the mod, the game works just fine. Can somebody help me fix this? I've been looking all over the internet for solution, but nothing seems to work.

What NMM version?

Any errors showing up?

Where is your game installed?

Is your game fully up to date?

Did you actually READ the entire description to see if something else was required for the mod? (Not bothering to read before installing is the most common reason for mods not working)

How about letting us in on whatever mod or mods you tried?

I'm using Windows 10 (64 bit), the newest Nexus Mod Manager (0.61.23). No errors are showing, the game just crashes. My game is installed on E disk just like the rest of them, and I've also put my NMM folders there. I think my game is fully up to date. Yes, I've read the description. I tried using a clothing/armor mod called Eli's sleeveless outfits.

Did you also install CBBE in case you downloaded the CBBE version of the mod?

I didn't install Armour and weapon keywords community resource but what's the point if the game won't start at all? Will installing that make a difference? I'll also intall CBBE because I think I haven't done that yet.

The game won't start because you did not install the required mods:

 

Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE-
Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR)

 

Unless you install them, your game will crash every time you try to start it.

UPDATE

 

Hey, I installed both those things you told me to, but once I enter the game and approach a workshop bench or an armor bench, my game crashes. And I haven't seen anything new to those benches. Any suggestions on how I can fix that? I followed IGN's tutorial on how to enable modding, and yet nothing works.

toggle archive invalidation off/on?

you'd be amazed how often that fixes things.

 

If the workbench causes a crash, pull armorsmith and keywords.

see if the game works.

Put just keywords back in.

see if works.

then put amorsmith back in.

 

Basic troubleshooting. Pull the items until it works.

Then put back ONE at a time, testing at each step.

Slow and annoying, but it does work.

(30 years of troubleshooting tech stuff. It really is the only way to be sure)

I don't even have the option to toggle archive invalidation off or on. I just have the option to reset it. I enabled AWKCR mod and the Armorsmith Extended mod, entered the game, entered a workshop and as soon as I went to the "Crafting" option, the game crashed.
