Hello, I'm looking for a mod that would do to Morrowind what http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22777/? + www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74299 do to Skyrim. Here's a couple of pictures of what art-style I'm looking for:

The ENB makes it look better, but it still requires http://www.nexusmods...im/mods/22777/?. Anyway, yeah, that's what I'm looking for. Do you know about something like this for Morrowind?

I couldn't find any. I did find a texture pack that seems to make it more colorful, but that's about it. I couldn't find anything like the cartoon style that you're looking for. Sorry about that.

I see, thanks for looking :) I guess I'll just hope that someone does it (it seems that low poly/flat shading is becoming popular) or learn to mod myself.
