getting rid of sex options, meshes

I have not played New Vegas or FO3 in a long time, but I put a bunch of work into getting Animated Prostitution, cortex Scrambler, HUMPING THE Mojave, etc...now I want to keep the good mods like eve and Wanderers Addition, mutant mod, etc...

But the sex options, nude mesh, etc. won't go way. I disabled them in fose/nvse, but they are still there. I totally crashed FO3, now I am trying NV without luck...my guy has underwear, but npcs are still nude

The only way to do that is to install a brand new game and not install those mods at all, they permanently overwrite data in The data directories.

here is how you do that, you close down steam complete, no tray icon visible, you browse to steam in the browser of your choice and install steam into a new location and then update steams game from inside the new steam.

you WILL have a brand new game and zero garbage left over to contend with.

It also means that this steam is now registered as the current truly steam so installing nmm is going to be required.

you need ( to watch ) things and redirect things to different spots.

That makes a lot of sense, it also jogged my memory that I put all the naughty bits files in a special folder so they would not overwrite...now to find those places. My installs are pretty convoluted and it has been 3 years or more since I messed with all this, but maybe. I already wrecked FO3, so I might as well reinstall...but it has not been a steam game for years.

My boys are teens now and want to play fallout because of foshelter, and the way I had it was a tad xxx as well as rediculously hard to beat. I thought vanilla was way too easy, even in hardcore mode I got no gods no masters and all that withno problem.

Or you could just rename the Fallout New Vegas folder to something else so that Steam thinks that the game is gone, then download just FNV instead of downloading all of your games again. Much less work involved.

Rename your FNV directory in your documents folder as well.

I am looking to download mod organizer, I have the DVD for NV...but I downloaded FO3. I am thinking I can manually erase the meshes through FOMM before I reinstall, but I don't know if the dialogue and quest options from the pimp mods/sex options will reinstall too. I see them in FOMM's file manager though.
