LE Underground Hideout

With the release of the Skyrim Creation Kit on the verge of release, I was wondering if anyone will be creating a new 'Underground Hideout'? Similar to the amazing hideout created by danthegeek for Fallout 3.

I like the current houses but even Proudspire Manor lacks enough storage in the "arms" room. Something similar to Dan's creation would be excellent, possibly near a major town such as Whiterun or Solitude.

Especially if it came with an inventory-to-storage sorter.
