Notes on Map - Notes in menu

I'm asking for a mod similar to one that i saw on Oblivion. First of all, a map marker or something like that, so that you can create new marks and write something ("cleared dungeon", "this place is for stronger character")

Then, for those who like read books, I think that a sort of notepad or something similar would be nice, to take notes for potions, poisons, dungeon, and staff like that. What do you guys think about this?

Personally I'd like this so I could mark whether I need to go back to a dungeon later. I've already had to leave a couple chests behind because I wasn't skilled enough to open them. By the time I have the skill level needed I doubt I'll remember where they are.

Agree with this, its annoying keeping track even though some dungeons are labelled as "cleared" I feel I am not finished with them due to higher level chests I was unable to unlock at the time.

Oblivion lost for stalker shadow of Chernobyl had an included aspect where shopkeepers sold items called 'gps beacons'. You could also find these on dead stalkers and in stashes and the like.

Dropping them added a waypoint on your map, and was very handy as having a light pack in that game during combat is the very difference between life and death sometimes.

It vastly improved locating past-visited stashes and important locations, and I think that a map note/menu note system for Skyrim would also be a major improvement.

In Oblivion i found a similar mod, where you could create cartels, notices, and write on them, but they were not visible from the map. btw a map marker is surely better.
