NexBeth
I am not proficient with scripting or making quests, but that is what it would take to do some of what you want. You will need to create your own distinct voice, record it, and use the quest system to implement. And I don't believe an NPC can sense when the player is low on health to implement a health spell that would actually heal the player. To make your own voice dialog you have to use the quest system. Basically make a quest. Its not a quest in the sense of creating a dungeon quest, but to make anything happen in Skyrim, including dialogs, it requires quests. Johnnyb22
I will proceed in such depth after making the char functional back up the mod and start editing with a friends voice. (originally is female, so I can't make a female on my own xD) But need to know that all works as intended... Any chance to know about dialogue system you mention?! I have made another post here
Caerulean
Besides deck16's old but still useful tutorial, the tutorial below was what helped me achieve what I needed to do (a non-complicated custom-voiced follower), and without scripting except for papyrus fragments. I have also put additional tutorial there in the comments, based on what I've learned. My username there is 'Crest of Valmar'. Remember to take your time and just keep at it. The deck16 tutorial is useful as a reference. Edited July 8, 2016 by Caerulean

Caerulean
Watch it again; he records his dialogues using the Creation Kit. You can record your dialogues there or in an external software such as Audacity, but what I wanted to show you in that tutorial is how to make dialogues in the Quest window. The 'Temp' files I mentioned is in your Data\Sound\Voice folder. It's mentioned in the deck16 tutorial which I'm assuming you're aware of because it's usually comes up on Google when looking for 'custom-voiced follower tutorial'. x) Take your time and read all you need to. I'm advising you to use the method in the quickie tutorial though and only use the deck16 tutorial as a reference for things you will need to know about, such as how to record dialogues outside the CK and the different types of dialogue. The deck16 tutorial's method edits vanilla records so it may be really buggy and may mess up the vanilla Actor whose dialogues you've copied/duplicated from.
