Hey, im seeing all these awesome pictures of anime like charecters... i cant find the download for these things.... i just want better looking people.

Those anime-like skin are based upon moded races in combination with a body type. Depending on what you like, I suggest starting with either Hentai Gentleman's Eye Candy Body or Robert's Male or Female body.

You can, then get a smoother version. There are many variants. You can even add er...'physics' Of course these are all for female. Alas anime looking guys, from what I've seen just looks wrong in Oblivion.

 

Now for the races, one of my favorites is Blood Elves by Bella.

Or the Ao Si race, which includes both male and female.

There are even Japanese based mods, but they are a pain to install, so I'd opt to a Western mod.

 

Of course there are more, but you will have to end up searching for them. Just look under the preference of Custom Race in the Advanced Search option.

 

Now for clothing. I cannot suggest more enough to get the Hentai Mania (Dungeon based) mod. It's great fun and will get you plenty of clothes. You can also get the wardrobe for it for some of the harder to get weapons and armor. Again, search for it to find it. Most armor mods will be stumbled upon. Also remember to look at the requirements for the mod, as they are essential for the mod to work.

1. Get better facial texture. It does not change stock NPCs, but make them look better. Search for Natural Faces or Improved Facial Textures(for better age maps). And there're some HiRez facial skin textures.

2. Get some body replacer.

For male:

- Robert's Male Body Replacer(the latest one is 5.1)

- All Male Bodies includes body types derived from Robert's.

 

For female:

- HGEC (for stock clothing/armor replacer, EyeCandy Variant Expansion)

- The Girl Next Door (uses HGEC texture. Recommended for those who like more realistic body while keeping HGEC textures)

- Robert's Female Body Replacer(the latest one is 1.3)

 

3. Get some custom race. I won't pick any one here, for there're many good ones.

4. However, more of all above, making decent-looking character is completely up to you(even with better texture and head mesh, it's possible to make hideous one).
