InfiniteRealm
Skooma is a drug. it doesnt to much in vanilla, but with some mods it is much more druglike. It can be found in some chests and houses, one surefireplace is the big manor in Cheydinhal, or the Bravil Skooma Den. Its a shame that unlike in Morrowind certain traders will refuse to sell if you have skooma in your inventory.

ninja_lord666
(if thats the snow celtic type log huts)Don't make references to ancient cultures when you have no idea what you're talking about. Bruma is not Celtic. In fact, nothing in Oblivion is even remotely Celtic. Also, how can you not know about the other major cities? How can you possibly play the game without knowing about Chorrol, Skingrad, Kvatch, Anvil, Cheydinhall, Bravil, or Leyawiin?
