Reynard131
I didn't manually install Direct X nor Net Framework but I think it might when I launched the game for the first time on Steam? I'm not too sure, sorry. Is there any way to check my current version/if I have it installed? Also, I would like to apologize for not reading the "How to ask for help" post! No problem I think we probably have it .............. please install those items they are part of your install archive i.e. Direct X 9 and 10 Net framework is a real good idea to have as well as well as the some of the other runtime components like C ++
Fighter115
This issue has been resolved! It turns out that it was a MOD ISSUE even unchecking the mod it somehow still applied. More specifically it was a PHYSICS mod that had to deal with dead/alive NPCs and I guess when I crossed the line it registered all of the NPCs moving which slowed me down. Also, I have no idea why it still was in the vanilla game but honestly I'm just happy that I get to slay more dragons!! Thank you guys so much for helping me and I wish you all the best!
