maboru Posted November 17, 2011 Share Posted November 17, 2011 Beth games have always been infamous for their Quick and Auto save features, to the point where the first thing many of us do is disable them right out of the box and use a replacement mod. However, as this problem was supposed to have been addressed in Skyrim's Havok/Gamebryo re-do I've been giving the Quick functions (only) a try since the first thing I noticed about it was the short pause and frequent 'flash bulb' effect when implemented. That extra split second seems to have done the trick, for me at least. On the other hand though, when I try to use Quick Load my fps (with Frapp) drops by half (to 30 or less) and turns red but doesn't seem to corrupt the save because when I go back and manually load it everything is back to normal (sometimes I need to do that twice.) A bit of a bother really but I can live with it for now and if things get worse I will go ahead and install the mod. [Just an FYI.] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
