How long should this project take?

Until it's done

I like that start menu screen. What I don't like about other concepts I've seen for PC UIs is that they tend to put a lot of background images to make it feel medieval or whatever. I hate that. I actually really, really like the "skin" as it were of the default UI. It's just the layout that sucks.

Kenny, take a look. DarN and a couple of others are working as well. One of the GUI devs is also chiming in and is working with the modders behind the scenes.

It looks like you've gotten more accomplished, and I'm liking what I see. It's a monumental task, but you're fighting the good fight!

I'm a Flash developer and I have a question, because I may want to play around with some menus myself. What format are the converted FLAs? CS3 only supports up to Flash 10, so if these require Flash 11 I may have to bite the bullet and get CS5 again, as much as I hate that horrible, buggy version...

Disregard, I should have followed the above link before posting. Thank you Carreau!

I have NO idea if its even possible, but I think it would be beyond awesome if we could replace the favourites list with a quickbar with 30 slots. :D Kinda like how the bars were in Neverwinter Nights.

I like the stat bars how they are to be honest, but I would like the compass to be in the bottom middle and a little smaller. Maybe put the health bar on the left and stack the stamina mana bars on the right?

Second that. The more modders in-the-know about how to get a GUI mod up and running, the faster we'll have a selection of UI mods to choose from. There are some other Flash developers and even if someone is only somewhat familiar with Flash, any advice you can give will only help.
