Import literal exact Character & world (Face/Body/Inventory/Perks) into next new game

I guess the title says it all.

I was thinking if it was a good idea for a mod, that players who finished their game completely (by SPOILER .... deciding to finally work only for one faction) can start a new game, but with the same character.
And the same world.

What does it mean?
Well, for instance, have you ever gotten tired of your game and character after you completed the main story?
Maybe you invested even time in your settlements.

And then what? Is everything you made now worthless if you play a new game?

Well for me, I'd like to not think like that. In my opinion, it would be awesome if I could either start a new game with a new character, but inside the world I've already created - or play with my previous character, either in the old world or in a completely new one.

Problems are following:

  • New Game: Imported Character, Imported World
    • Imported Character includes: Face, Body, Inventory, Perks (except companion perks)
    • Must-Have: Enemies have to scale now more than ever on your level. (If you import your Character, you'd be probably like level 50ish, which makes typical Death Claws one hit anyway)
    • Optional: Side Quests & Companion Quests has to be resetted in order to give immersion back. (Optional, because some people don't want to go through the pain of some quests (like MInutemen, or companion quests (GO F*** yourself Danse, I'm not helping your metal ass!)
    • Optional: Main Story has to be resetted in order to give the immersion back. (Optional, because some people hate the main story)
    • EDIT: Companions have to return to their original point of home (Not that Strong's home isn't a lively place...)
  • New Game: New Character, Imported World
    • In order to fully create an immersive World, all settlements will have no ties with the new character. (Except story-bound settlements like Sanctuary or newly found/built settlements)
      • Optional: Already occupied Settlements from the old World have to be either taken by side quests (alá abernathy farm - c** fast, shiny bling bling of doughter inside brutal raider hive more important than your crappy sole survivor life and your son's!) OR all settlements will be available once you become Minutemen General (Yet in order to occupy them, you still have to discover them AND activate the workshop)
    • Optional: Main Story has to be resetted in order to give the immersion back. (Optional, because some people hate the main story)
    • Optional: Side Quests & Companion Quests has to be resetted in order to give immersion back. (Optional, because some people don't want to go through the pain of some quests (like MInutemen, or companion quests (GO F*** yourself Danse, I'm not helping your fake ass!)
    • EDIT: Companions have to return to their original point of home (Not that Strong's home isn't a lively place...)
  • New Game: Imported Character, New World
    • Imported Character includes: Face, Body, Inventory, Perks (except companion perks)
    • Optional: Side Quests & Companion Quests has to be resetted in order to give immersion back. (Optional, because some people don't want to go through the pain of some quests (like MInutemen, or companion quests (GO F*** yourself Danse, I'm not helping your metal ass!)
    • Must-Have: Enemies have to scale now more than ever on your level. (If you import your Character, you'd be probably like level 50ish, which makes typical Death Claws one hit anyway)

My suggestions or assumptions.

- Player face presets can be taken (As I know from the mod Face Ripper), but body presets and hair too?
- Player Perks and Items ID's can be surely put into a string list or whatsoever. Perhaps creating afterwards a batch (player.additem [iD] ) or anything similar based of the choice of the player after leaving Vault 111.

- Quests can be reset and can be set done through console. Now, maybe again putting into a string list all already done quest_IDs and MAYBE even active quests? And then again, upon new game and upon player choice, adding the done quests?

- Now the main thing, the world? I can't imagine how much work it would be to create a new game but with items and their locations from an old world.
So maybe, just make a copy of the old world, add to the savegame file a new savegame name, and.. somehow start the game from anew?

Is there even a mod like this out? I couldn't find after a long time search and another question.. is this even a good idea for a mod?
I know of 'Alternate Start' for example, which is a great mod, but from my understanding only creates new game file with the option of different spawn points in the world.

not a bad idea but really damn hard and time consuming idea on the modauthor`s side

you can carry your settlements over with

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8330/?

but it will not copy annything added by mods

That's a nice mod.

But from what I've read, objects from mods will be carried, but only those that are craftable and not those directly added with a mod.

Biggest issue would be the build limit. I'm using expanded settlement, and I am pretty sure there will be crashes once I transfer just a single settlement of mine into the new one.

Might be worth trying to expand a settlement in the new game and then just add the one from the old save.
