For the stats the best robe I've found so far is the master robe of destruction (22% lees destruction spell cost, 150% mana regen), Compared to the archmage robe it has no additional mana but more mana regen and less destruction spell cost. Not sure about gloves and boots. As for the head I'm still wearing the Dr. Doom mask ;)(Morokai 100% mana regen). I'm destruction and enchating lvl 100 but still can't enchant mana regen more than 62% and destruction cost reduction more thant 25%. Since mana regen is important (at least for me, dual spell wield) I will stick with what I have for now. I wonder if it's possible to increase mana regen to 100 or even 150% ? SealCubClubber Posted November 18, 2011 Share Posted November 18, 2011 I was able to enchant Destruction spell cost to 27% by using one round of "Use normal Alchemy to craft a Fortify Enchanting potion". I suspect it gets better each time (You drink a Fortify Enchanting potion, then enchant 4 pieces of gear with Fortify Alchemy. Make better potions, then repeat). I don't like the method because the potions only last for 30 seconds and that's not enough time to give the item a custom name.
