Change racial powers thru console

I want play as an orc, because I like their racial. But I think they are ugly, and I don't want to play an ugly character. So I decided to use the console to setav the skills to the appropriate starting skill levels, and addspell the racial ability.

 

I was able to removespell the frost resist. (000AA020)

 

The problem that I'm running into is I can't seem to removespell the battle cry power (spell).

 

the console always says that "battle cry" was mot found on character name.

 

I tried a few other races, and had the same problem removing their racial powers as well.

 

the refID is 000e40c3 for battle cry. And its the appropriate one, I was able to add it to another character to test.

 

its the only spell that comes up for help "battle cry" 0

 

there is a perk as well for some reason, and I removed that, but the spell is not affected. I am not sure what the other entries that are returned are, or how to remove them from the player character should they be present.

 

Any console help would be appreciated :)
