Or just one with the same distance as maximum seeing distance.I'm not talking about spells that have "predetermined range" like sparks och healing or runes. I'm talking about general bolt/balls/blasts spell. For peeps that like to complain, i know ice will melt, fire will sizzle out and lightning will disperse, but the range limits in vanilla are just to freaking short especially for bolt/ball type magic like chain lightning.Did check out tessnip but i didn't understand the hex/values part :S (though thinking about it, i've only checked the distance for lightning spell that have on hit dmg, xD gonna check if its the same crap for fireballs explode on hit) //Thx ahead Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I never had situation where ranger hit me but my spells won't hit them. Difficult enough to hit at that distance anyway because they are so tiny targets. turken Posted November 19, 2011 Author Share Posted November 19, 2011 Well im on a 42"@1080p hooked up to my comp so tiny targets not really a problem. Though after testing its seems like there is a maximum "damageable" distance, atk's can travel beyond it (spell and archery) but the game doesnt seem to check for "hits" so the atk's just goes through target (yea the poor mamoth, it had quite the experience :biggrin: ) Hopefully this will be something fixable when the mod tool comes and/or script editor (skySE i guess :ermm: ). Worst case scenario its something the engine does to better performance, not a modder but i can imagine this will be a bit "harder" to fix.
